Loses prior days data every night

I have contacted customer support twice already about this app. It does not maintain my data overnight. It loses all of my data from prior days and replaces it with bogus data.

I also cannot determine how to link it to the Up application as advertised. There is no instructions anywhere to describe what to expect or how it works.
